The Lady Potters Soccer team continued their winning streak Wednesday night at Patterson Field with a hard fought, well-played 2-1 win over OVAC opponent John Marshall. Ani Campbell and Paige Cowan both scored first half goals for the Potters and that would be all that the blue and white needed for the win, as the defense turned in another outstanding performance, backed up by Nariyah Monteiro, who saved 5 of the 6 shots she faced. The Lady Potters finish the regular season at 6-9-1 and will open tournament play at Tusky Valley on Monday with a 6:30 kickoff. Tickets for the match can be purchased online at www.ohsaa.org/tickets under Division 4 East District.
